What to Expect

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by friendly volunteers ready to help your child have an unforgettable experience. Whether it’s your child’s first or fifth year attending, we’ve designed every part of the program to be welcoming, engaging, and fun!

  • Arrival Process: Our team will help you check in and walk you through everything you need to know.
  • Daily Schedule: Each day includes music, games, Bible lessons, and snack time — all centered around God’s love and truth.
  • Pick-Up: Kids will only be released to approved guardians on your registration form.

Safety

Your child’s safety is our highest priority. All our volunteers and staff members undergo a background check and safety training. Our campus is secure, and our team follows detailed procedures for emergencies, allergies, and check-in/out.

  • Screened Volunteers: All leaders are trained and background-checked.
  • Secure Check-In/Out:  Upon arrival, you will check your child at the tables in the foyer each night and then escort them to their group.  Their groups are listed on their name tags, which they will receive at check-in.  Upon check-out, proceed to your child’s group in the sanctuary to pick up your child.  Anyone picking up your child throughout the week needs to be listed on your child’s registration as an authorized pick-up person. Your child will not be released to anyone not listed on the form.
  • Allergy Awareness: Special dietary needs are accommodated.
  • First Aid: A medical volunteer is on-site, and we’re prepared for minor bumps or emergencies.
